This report is a summary of the assessments discussed during the Digital Health Roundtable on the regulation and use of health data in Germany and Israel on September 20, 2022. A special focus is on the primary and secondary use of health data and on the EU Commission’s proposal for a European Health Data Space (EHDS). It complements the GIHF-AI Policy Briefing Digital Health Roundtable of September 1, 2022, and includes policy recommendations derived from it.
The report was handed over to the representatives of the health ministries of Germany and Israel.
